Elizabeth Burke
Elizabeth Burke is a Health Insurance Specialist in the Division of Health Care Payment Models within the Patient Care Models Group at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center (CMMI). She supports projects on health care delivery and payment innovations to help people living with serious illnesses remain independent and in their communities.
Elizabeth most recently served as a Senior Analyst at ATI Advisory. There she performed quantitative and qualitative research analyses and provided policy guidance to clients, particularly in the post-acute space. Prior to joining ATI Advisory, Elizabeth gained experience in healthcare consulting and data analysis working at Evolent Health and the Lewin Group.
Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Global Public Health from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
