John Barth, Vice President of Business Development at Molina Healthcare, brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and social services. During his 12-year tenure at MHS Indiana (Centene), he served as Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs before becoming Chief Operating Officer. Following this, Barth became President and CEO of the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, leading the state's trade association for providers serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Barth also represents District 7 on the Indianapolis City-County Council, where he championed the creation of Indiana’s first municipal Disability Business Enterprise program.
